Ordering
You can order our products on this website or from a retailer. Here, click the giant “Buy” button on any product page to add it to your cart (you can change quantities in your cart). Checkout is a two step process. You'll know your order is complete when you see a screen that says it is.
Customization & Gift Wrap
Currently, we do not offer any customization of our products or gift-wrapping of orders.

PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover.
Sales Tax
Sales tax applies in some areas of Colorado at this time. If you are in one of these areas, you’ll see sales tax charges at checkout.
Changing Your Order
We ship quickly, so changing your order more than 24 hours after order placement is tricky. All the same, please contact us to see what we can do. If the order has shipped (you'll receive a shipping notification email from PayPal or Stamps.com), no changes can be made.
Shipping
All orders ship within three (3) business days. Most orders ship USPS First Class mail (up to five (5) business days in transit) unless otherwise specified. Domestic orders typically arrive within 10 business days, international within 20 business days.
Expedited
Expedited shipping is available at checkout. USPS Priority Mail offers up to three (3) business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international) in transit while USPS Express is overnight (excluding Sunday transit). We do our best to get Priority and Express orders in the mail the day after placement.
International Fees
Our shipping costs do not include import fees, taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, or distribution fees. Customers are responsible for these and any other additional fees that may apply. Please check with your local customs agency for more information. We're sorry, but we cannot estimate these costs for you.
Order Tracking
Customers will receive an email with a tracking number when orders ship.

Bulk Ordering
Bulk ordering applies to those who want to purchase at least 50 items from our store.
Consumers
Typically, we have bulk discounts in place on the website. The homepage and footer will spotlight any current deals. If you want a better deal, feel free contact us. But we can't guarantee a better deal, since we try to make sure the best offers are on site at all times.
Business
Many businesses like giving our funny holiday cards to their clients. We are happy to make special arrangements for you, such as including your logo and/or a personal message. Please contact us.
Wholesale
Retailers enjoy our low minimum order requirements ($120) and generous discounts. Please register to wholesale our funny cards, sticky notes, or little mini notes. We no longer offer a printed catalog.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return any undamaged product(s) within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Different terms may apply for wholesale orders. Please contact us to arrange your return. Any items returned without first contacting us will returned to you and not refunded.

We might collect information about you through analytics, surveys, and other means. We won't try to figure out anything of a particularly personal nature. But knowing more details about our customers helps us build a better Flytrap.
We will need your personal information to fulfill your orders (such as name, address, and phone number), but we will not put you on our mailing lists without your explicit permission.
Under no circumstances will we give or sell anyone your email address or disclose any other personal information about you provided to us through newsletter subscription, registration, sales, or any other means. Even at gunpoint. Probably.
