Okay, so we realize these aren't exactly questions. But most of the questions you'll have as a customer are answered here.
YOUR SATISFACTION ISN'T GOOD ENOUGH
Unless you are absolutely, profoundly trembling with delight upon receipt of your order, we will do everything possible to help you achieve that state of bliss. Should you have any issues, contact us straight away. We'll fix it. Period.

How to Order- Order Online. It’s easy, terribly secure, and we like it best.
- Order By Phone. Sure, you can do that. Call us at (303) 773-0087.
- Order By Fax. Primarily for retailers.
Payment Methods
We accept most major credit cards and PayPal.
Changing Your Order
You can make changes to your order within 24 hours of placement by emailing service@shopflytrap.com. We’d extend the period, but your items are usually in the mail within one business day. You can always return your items for an exchange or refund.
Custom Orders
If you want to change the text on an item or alter it in any way, we may be able to accomodate you. We charge a minimum of an additional $25 per order (not per item) for any customization. Please email us at service@shopflytrap.com to find out if we can help you.

Shipping & Tracking
Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail within 3 business days of placement. If you spend $20 or more, your order will be tracked with “Delivery Confirmation”. International orders are not tracked.
Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are based on weight. Should you have any questions, please contact service@shopflyrap.com.
Shipping Timeframes
For domestic orders, please allow a 14-day window from placement to receipt. Sometimes the USPS disappoints.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your undamaged product(s) for a full refund, including shipping. We will issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. Please email service@shopflytrap.com to begin the process.Return Process
- Email us at service@shopflytrap.com or call (303) 773-0087 to arrange your return. Any packages shipped without first contacting us will not be refunded..
- Ship your item(s) through the carrier of your choice. Please keep track of your shipment until you refund has been received. CODs will not be accepted.

Request a Catalog
We don’t send printed catalogs to just anyone. If you’d like to receive one, please register to become a retailer and be sure to check the “Send Catalog” box. If we discover that you’re just a random person trying to build a catalog collection, we don’t recommend holding your breath until you receive it.
Sales Reps
We are in the process of building a sales team. If we have a rep in your area, we will refer you to him/her for wholesale order placement. Otherwise, you’ll deal with our foundowner.

Minimum Orders
The minimum wholesale order is $120, the minimum reorder $90. Credit card payment is required for your initial order.
